What we did..
Our brief was to design and project manage a programme for the whole company to congratulate them on reaching the financial target for the year. (Insurance Company)
The brief was to design a memorable day in and around the city of Kuala Lumpur for 6 of the companies top sellers. (Technology Company)
We flew all 60 of them all to the tropical island of Langkawi for 3 days of fun and adventure. We had booked the team into the islands most unique 5* resort, where they found their rooms nestled between the 400 million year old rain forest, and the crystal Andaman Sea.
With Langkawi being famous for it's 99 island archipelago, we started with a cruise to relax the group into island life….We had booked our colourful Catamaran 'Seasation' to host their day on the Andaman Sea. Everyone was welcomed on board with Frangipani garlands and iced lemon teas and had time to meet their crew for the day. We offered a variety of activities on board, including snorkeling, fishing, and kayaking. A freshly caught seafood BBQ lunch was served on our private island, and we had our qualified guides on hand to take the more adventurous on a little jungle trek, where they spotted wild bore and monkeys.
The following day started by soaking up a bit of the islands unique environment with a 'floating' Champagne Breakfast in the Mangroves, followed by a kayaking experience to work up an appetite for lunch.
Lunch was served under the watchful instruction of Malaysia's famous chef, Shuk. The team were welcomed into his home, and whilst some of them were let loose into his kitchen, the rest were given a tour of the herb gardens and a brief history of the traditional Malaysian methods used to build the house.
There was ample free time for the group to make the most of the Duty Free Island shopping, and catch a traditional Malay Massage and we provided optional activities to the Award Winning Panorama Sky Cab, and Laman Padi Rice Plantation.
The finale was a tropical themed gala dinner on the beach, serenaded by the islands longest running Malaysian band. We had produced a video of the team over the 3 days, and aired it on the bamboo cineplex under the stars, with mugs of milo and toasted marshmallows on the fire pits.

The day started with a private helicopter tour of the capital city, with a special landing granted at the foot of the most spiritual and sacred site in the city, the Batu Caves. We climbed the group up the 272 steps to the temple at the top, where we had a professional photographer ready to capture the teams success.
Next, to the 'Las Vegas' of Malaysia, the world renowned Genting Highlands where we had arranged a private gondola ride to the summit, followed by a relaxing lunch in the wine cellar of the resorts most prestigious restaurant.
To end, we had arranged a canape and cocktail party, where they got to mix the cocktails, looking out over the best view of the twinkling Kuala Lumpur skyline.
